Fireplace remodel #2

The original stone was removed, new modern log-less insert replaced the old one, and glass 1x1 tile went up on the bias in a butternut color, the mantle was also painted 'black bean' for more contrast, then the final touch was painting the beams on either side one value higher than the wall color.
